Is the vinyl on my product sealed? 

  • We seal all of our vinyl with a clear coat, on all products. This provides a thin layer that does not take away from the look of the product, but helps the vinyl from becoming damaged.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

  • Yes, there is an option to purchase a gift certificate under the "Shop Now" tab. 

What is your return policy?

  • Due to the nature of our items being customized, we do not accept returns.

Who do I contact if I my order says delivered but I have not received it?

  • Once we drop your package off to USPS, we are unable to provide much information on the tracking process. It is best to open up a case with USPS if you are having issues.

Are your mini rolling pins able to be used?

  • Our mini rolling pins are strictly for decorative use only.
What are my payment options?
  • You can use any major credit card through Shopify, or PayPal to pay for your order. Please note that you will get charged when you place the order and NOT when the item is shipped.
What if a product arrives damaged?
  • Unfortunately, items can become damaged during transit. If there is a problem with your order, let us know within three days so that we can make things right. We will make sure you receive a replacement or exchange, when possible, if the item is received damaged.
We work very hard to package your items with care, but sometimes unfortunately, issues still occur during transit. If your order is received damaged, please do the following:

1. Email photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to barnandstone@gmail.com

2. Someone from the Barn and Stone team will respond to you within 48 hours, letting you know how to proceed further.

*P.S: It's very important to save original damaged item, original packaging & packaging material and contact us immediately*

What happens once my item is shipped?
  • You will receive an email and you will get a tracking number, so you don’t have to worry about when your item will arrive! Please note that transit times vary, depending on the season and demand with USPS. Most items take 2-5 business days to receive and could take up to 14 business days. Most orders ship within 5 business days.
Do you Ship Internationally?
  • Sorry! We don't offer international shipping, yet! We hope to eventually be able to reach everyone!
